Delivery
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. If you would like to order from outside the UK, email daisy@towellingtotes.co.uk and we will see what we can do.
Cost
Delivery is free on UK orders over £100. Below that, the delivery charge is calculated at checkout and shown in full before you pay. There are no charges added after checkout.
Dispatch and timings
- Orders are dispatched within 2 working days.
- Orders placed at a weekend or on a bank holiday are dispatched the next working day.
- Once dispatched, UK delivery normally takes a further 2 to 3 working days.
- We will email you when your order is on its way.
These are estimates rather than guarantees. Under consumer law, if we have not delivered within 30 days you may cancel and receive a full refund.
Drops and pre-orders
Our collections are made in small batches. Where an item is part of an upcoming drop, the dispatch date shown on the product page applies instead of the timings above, and will be made clear before you pay.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel has not arrived when expected, email daisy@towellingtotes.co.uk with your order number. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, that is ours to resolve, not yours - see our Refund Policy.
